DOMAINE DE ROMBEAU LE BOTANISTE PETIT MANSENG 2023

ROUSSILLON, FRANCE

This organic certified Vin comes from the Cotes Catalanes in Roussillon where the Mediterranean Sea meets the foothills of the Pyrenees - the perfect spot for these indigenous vines to flourish. The "Le Botaniste" cuvees are the fruit of an ancestral heritage carried by the visionary qualities of Henri de La Fabregue five generations ago. The Petit Manseng vine produces grape bunches with small, thick skinned berries favoring intense aromas and flavor concentration. It is bright straw yellow in the glass, and the nose yields beautiful floral notes, dried apricot, tree-ripened peach, and cantaloupe. Those same notes carry on onto the palate, the fruit spectrum is tropical and is complimented by fresh herbs like sage. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged for a few months on its lees. The result is a ripe wine with stone fruit tangs and a lovely hint of waxiness and toasted nuttiness - you'll love this if you enjoy Bordeaux whites or Aussie Semillon.

ALMA NEGRA M BLEND 2020

MENDOZA, ARGENTINA

"Misterio" grape blend with unspecified oak aging. Mask on the label signifies hidden identity or mystery. Alma Negra translates to "black soul". 4th generation wine maker, Ernesto Catena, well educated internationally. He established his own vineyard in 2002 to reflect his basic beliefs of making high quality wine with a different style in smaller volumes with strong brand concept. Ernesto wanted to create wine with little shared about the composition or details to allow the wine to be judged solely on the taster's perception. His "M Blend" is dense, dark, with intriguing aromas of dark berries and coffee with a wonderful earthy aroma. It flows smoothly with rounded tannins which last for a long time with echoes of cooked ripe blackcurrants.

LIEVLAND CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021

CAPE SOUTH COAST, SOUTH AFRICA

Lievland Vineyards, in the heart of Stellenbosch, brings you a modern rendition of Cabernet Sauvignon based upon classic elegance, with thoughtful additions of Syrah and Petit Verdot for complex aromas and structure. A combination of high-altitude cooler Stellenbosch vineyards and dryland warm climate Paarl vines resulting in a balanced wine with complexity and abundance of fruit. Flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate and licorice, with structured acidity, fine lingering tannins and an elegant polished finish. This well-crafted wine will mature gracefully over the next 10 to 15 years.

KEENAN SUMMER BLEND 2023

SPRING MOUNTAIN, NAPA, CALIFORNIA

Keenan's Summer Blend is a white wine composed primarily of Chardonnay. As with past vintages a portion of an aromatic white varietal has been added to our Chardonnay. This vintage's Summer Blend contains ten percent Albarino, a white grape from Spain and Portugal that began being cultivated in the US in the mid 90's. Aromas of ripe peach, lemon zest, and pineapple augment the concentrated floral nuances. This is a medium bodied wine with crisp acidity and mouth filling flavors. 230 cases produced.

MOUNTFORD PINOT NOIR LIAISON 2019

WAIPARA VALLEY, N. CANTERBURY, NEW ZEALAND

Mountford Estate follows a policy of watchful, non-interventionist winemaking. A combination of new and traditional techniques and technology are used. Mountford Estate has transitioned to using native yeasts, low sulphur, and aim to finish their wines with no fining or filtration whenever possible. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Liaison 2019 is highly fragrant, mouth-filling and sweet-fruited, with generous cherry, plum, spice, herb, and nut flavors, complex and savory.

ARNOT-ROBERTS CALIFORNIA RED WINE 2022

SONOMA, CALIFORNIA

Arnot-Roberts Wines is a joint project of childhood friends in Napa, Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts. Since founding their winery in 2001, the duo has been one of the most progressive and revolutionary producers on the California landscape. Together with a small group of fellow trailblazers, they have led the way to help redefine the paradigm of what California wine can be and taste like.

Blend: 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21 % Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc; sourced from 4 thoughtfully chosen vineyards in California. Fresh and vibrant with bright aromatics, savory tannins and punchy dark fruit, and remains light enough on the palate to pair gracefully with a wide variety of foods at your table. About 50% was aged in cement. That, along with early bottling, preserves forward fruit and a good bit of freshness. Sweet floral and spice notes life the mid-palate and finish; 92 rated Vinous. Further aging is not required to enjoy this youthful wine but, if desired, it has the structure and framework to evolve with further cellaring.
