About the event
One of the DRC's signature events, great for guests, wives, and girlfriends.
The evening begins with passed hors d'oevres and charcuterie, paired with a Left Coast Brut Rose of Pinot Meunier 2017 (Willamette Valley, OR).
First Course: Sauteed bronzini with a lemon caper sauce, paired with a Baglio Oro Frapatto Sciule 202 (Sicily, Italy).
Second Course: Tossed gourmet greens with white wine vinaigrette, paired with a Solena Estate Pinot Gris 2023 (Willamette Valley, OR).
Main Course: Grilled veal chop with port wine sauce, served with mushroom risotto and broccolini, paired with an Optima Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (Alexander Valley, Sonoma, CA).
Dessert: Cannolis, paired with a Casa de Santa Barbara Late Bottle Vintage Porto 2017 (Douro, Portugal).
